When and where should you arrive in Nepal?

If you're planning a tour of Nepal, your arrival destination will depend on your itinerary and travel plans. The most common entry point for international visitors is Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, which is the capital city of Nepal and the country's largest urban center.

Kathmandu is a vibrant city with a rich history and culture, and it's also a great base for exploring many of Nepal's popular tourist destinations, such as the Himalayas, Pokhara, Chitwan National Park, and Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha.

However, depending on your travel itinerary, you may also enter Nepal through other border points or airports, such as the border with India or the airports in Pokhara or Bhairahawa. It's best to do your research and consult with a reputable travel agent or tour operator to determine the best entry point and itinerary for your tour of Nepal.

Please book your international flight to arrive and depart from Kathmandu international airport. The tour starts with an orientation meeting at about 5 pm on the first night of the tour and ends after the scheduled trip after breakfast.

You will be received outside the Kathmandu international airport terminal by representatives holding a Luxury Holidays Nepal signboard and they will escort you to the Hotel.
