After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will pick up from the airport and take to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. At evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trip. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, one passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any, and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late and therefore are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting. After the pre-trip meeting, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Luxury Holidays Nepal. For dinner, you will be served authentic Nepalese cuisine, which will introduce you to the country’s food culture.
After breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide for your sightseeing tour. You will visit the following sites.
Swyambunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site):
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site):
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site):
Patan Durbar Square - located in central of city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.
The rest of your time is free for further exploration and some shopping nearby your hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast drive to Chitwan. The road snakes through a verdant forest to Chitwan. On reaching Chitwan you will be greeted by the hotel representative and will hand you the full schedule of the activities that you will be doing throughout your stay in Chitwan. Then you will have lunch.
Activities at Chitwan includes: Lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and parks visitor center. Sunset view from Rapti River, dinner & cultural program.
This day will be filled with different types of jungle and non-jungle activities so in other words, it’s a day to have fun and to learn and observe new things.
Activities in Chitwan includes: Canoeing & jungle walk or a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch followed by an elephant safari with evening entertainment.
After breakfast, leave Chitwan for Pokhara (known as The Lake City owing to the large number of lakes in the city). The road first passes through the subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape changes. You will see hills, small settlements and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, you are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Check-in to the hotel at Sarangkot and take a rest. You will be guided to Sarangkot view tower for amazing sunset view.
Early in the morning before sunrises, you will be driven to Sarangkot; a beautiful hill famous for its sunrise over the Himalaya. You will be enjoying a close-up view of the Mt. Annapurna, Fishtail and many others 8000m above peaks. Have breakfast at hotel in Sarangkot and be ready for hike to Naudada which takes about 3 hours and then drive from Naudada to Pokhara. You have free time to explore the Pokhara on your own.

Bindhabasini Temple: Lies in the center of religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.
Davis fall: Locally known as Patale Chhango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
Gupteshwor Cave: The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.
Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
Seti River Gorges: Carved by Seti-Gandaki is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi highway Bridge near bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.
Tibetan Refugee Camps: The Tibetan village Tashiling in the south and the Tashi Palkhel village in the north of Pokhara are renowned for the production and trade of woolen carpets and other handicrafts. The original Tibetan settlers in this region migrated to Nepal in the ‘50s.
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. This will be a journey along the river banks with wonderful views of hills and the rural Nepalese lifestyle. After reaching Kathmandu, take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, you will have a farewell dinner with cultural program in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Early in the morning (5:30 am), you will be driven to Tribhuwan Airport (Domestic terminal) for mountain flight. And, after flight you will be guided to the hotel and have late breakfast in the Hotel. Then, you will proceed for onward photography sightseeing to Bhaktapur with a professional tour guide at your disposal. You will visit the following Sites.
The most important of all the tourist sites in Bhaktapur, Bhaktapur Durbar Square is renowned as one of the most striking destination for Nepali as well as international tourists. The area is known as “Layaku" in Newari language. Ancient temples and shrines, sculptures and historical heritage sites constructed in different eras carry the identity of this city.

I and my four friends visited Nepal in December of 2019. We are very happy that we made the right decision to choose Luxury Holidays Nepal as a travel company. We have spent 10 days in Nepal. I did ‘ Best of Nepal Himalayas Tour’ in July of 2019. It was my first trip with LHN. Everything is well organized from start to finish. From my arrival at Kathmandu Airport, They took me to the hotel. The hotel in Kathmandu was really good and comfortable. My guide was Sashi. He is friendly and helpful. He made my trip fantastic. Kathmandu is the best city for me. I visited different types of historical temples, a stupa in Kathmandu. After a full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu, I move to Chitwan, Pokhara for another trip. Chitwan is rich in wildlife reserves. I saw different types of animals and birds on a jungle safari. After visited Chitwan, I move to Pokhara. I visited the Fewa lake, Mahendra Cave, the stupa, and many more. Pokhara is rich in natural resources. The machhapurche view from Pokhara was amazing. Overall, the tour was first-class. This is my second trip to Nepal. As always, the trip was superbly organized. We were lucky to have LHN as our tour company. All accommodation and transportation provided were very good. When and where should you arrive?
Please book your international flight to arrive and depart from Kathmandu international airport. The tour starts with an orientation meeting at about 5 pm on the first night of the tour and ends after the scheduled trip after breakfast.
You will be received outside the Kathmandu international airport terminal by representatives holding a "Luxury Holidays Nepal" sign card and he will escort you to the Hotel.

Currencies accepted in Nepal:
Some major currencies (USD, AUD, and EURO) are accepted for both visas and in general. There are plenty of ATMs in Kathmandu and credit cards are accepted in limited shops and many restaurants. Please note that only Nepali rupees are accepted on the trek.
The altitude sickness will get from 3000 meters. Normally below three 3000 meters will not have altitude-related problems usually for people with stable health. But above it can cause altitude-related sickness.
We do not hope that there may arise any serious problem for you in your journey, but if you get caught by a serious illness, then we will do our best to take you to the nearest hospital possible. A general rule of thumb for tipping is to USD 40 to USD 70 per Traveler, depending on the length of the tour. That said, this is just a guide and you may tip, however much you think is appropriate for the services rendered which made your trip a memorable one.
