Klainchowk trek generally starts from the beautiful city Charikot, district headquarters of Dolakha, 4 hours ride from Kathmandu. From Charikot, you will walk in the wilderness for about 5-6 hours, where you will get to see a lot of wild flora and fauna. You will stay overnight in Kuri Village and go the next day early morning to Kalinchowk-which is just an hour's ride from Kuri Village.
