After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. In the evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. After breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide for your sightseeing tour. You will visit the following sites.
Swyambunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site): You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site): Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa:Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. Lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and park visitor center. - Sunset view from Rapti River, dinner & cultural program. Overnight at Chitwan.

Activities in Chitwan includes:

After breakfast, leave Chitwan for Pokhara (known as The Lake City owing to a large number of lakes in the city). The road first passes through the subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape changes. You will see hills, small settlements and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, you are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Bindhabasini Temple: Lies in the center of the religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.
Davis fall: Locally known as Patale Chango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
Gupteshwor Cave: The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.
Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second-largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake, it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
Seti River Gorges: Carved by Seti-Gandaki is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi highway Bridge near bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. This will be a journey along the river banks with wonderful views of hills and the rural Nepalese lifestyle. After reaching Kathmandu, take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, you will have a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

When and where should you arrive?
Please book your international flight to arrive and depart from Kathmandu international airport. The tour starts with an orientation meeting at about 5 pm on the first night of the tour and ends on after the scheduled trip after breakfast.
You will be received outside the Kathmandu international airport terminal by representatives holding a "Luxury Holidays Nepal" sign card and he will escort you to the Hotel.

Currencies accepted in Nepal:
Some major currencies (USD, AUD, and EURO) are accepted for both visas and in general. There are plenty of ATMs in Kathmandu and credit cards are accepted in limited shops and many restaurants. Please note that only Nepali rupees are accepted on the trek.
The altitude sickness will get from 3000 meters. Normally below three 3000 meters will not have altitude-related problems usually for people with stable health. But above it can cause altitude-related sickness. If you have a health condition that might cause problems, please consult a doctor about the advisability of doing the trek.
We do not hope that there may arise any serious problem for you in your journey, but if you get caught by serious illness then we will do our best to take you to the nearest hospital possible.
