After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will pick up from the airport and take to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. At evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trip. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, one passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late and therefore are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting. After the pre-trip meeting, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Luxury Holidays Nepal. Swyambunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site):
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site):
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa:
Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site):
Patan Durbar Square - located in central of city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.
The rest of your time is free for further exploration and some shopping nearby your hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, leave Kathmandu for Pokhara (known as The Lake City owing to the large number of lakes in the city). As you leave Kathmandu, the landscape changes. You will see hills, small settlements and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, you are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Check-in to the hotel and take a rest. You may also stroll in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal. Overnight in Pokhara.

Bindhabasini Temple:
Lies in the center of religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.
Davis fall:
Locally known as Patale Chhango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
Gupteshwor Cave:
The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.
Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple:
Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
Seti River Gorges:
Carved by Seti-Gandaki is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi Highway Bridge near bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.
Tibetan Refugee Camps:
The Tibetan village Tashiling in the south and the Tashi Palkhel village in the north of Pokhara are renowned for the production and trade of woolen carpets and other handicrafts. The original Tibetan settlers in this region migrated to Nepal in the ‘50s.
Get up early morning and drive to Sarangkot. If you want to work out a bit you can also hike till the top of Sarangkot hill. The scene from a top Sarangkot is breathtaking. You will see a panoramic view of some of the highest peaks in the world such as Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri and so on. You can witness the beautiful sunrise from this point as well. After the sunrise view you will drive back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast.
After breakfast you will have time to rest for some times and then gather your things and move towards the next destination, Lumbini. On reaching Lumbini you will check-in at your hotel and then relax. Overnight at Lumbini.
You will visit all the must see things in Lumbini on this day which includes: Lumbini grove, The Ashok pillar, Mayadevi temple, Village tours and different monasteries built by various countries. Overnight at Lumbini.
Early morning after breakfast drive to Chitwan from Lumbini. On reaching Chitwan you will be greeted by the hotel representative will hand you the full schedule of the activities that you will be doing throughout your stay in Chitwan.
Activities in Chitwan include:Lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and park visitor center. - Sunset view from Rapti River, dinner & cultural program.
Today, the day will be filled with different types of jungle and non-jungle activities so in other words, it’s a day to have fun and to learn and observe new things.
Activities in Chitwan include: Canoeing & jungle walk or a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch followed by an elephant safari with evening entertainment.
You have an option of both driving as well as flying back to Kathmandu. The Chitwan-Kathmandu flight swifts along the Himalayas unveiling Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Langtang ranges. After returning to Kathmandu, you have the afternoon and the evening to stroll along the streets of Kathmandu for some last-minute shopping. There is a farewell dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances. You can get a visa in Kathmandu airport upon arrival for $25 USD (or equivalent in other major currencies) for a 15 days visa or $40 USD for a 30-day visa. Please bring 2 photos for the visa. When and where should you arrive?
Please book your international flight to arrive and depart from Kathmandu international airport. The tour starts with an orientation meeting at about 5 pm on the first night of the tour and ends on after the scheduled trip after the breakfast.
You will be received outside the Kathmandu international airport terminal by representatives holding a Luxury holidays Nepal signboard and he will escort you to the Hotel.

Currencies accepted in Nepal:
Some major currencies (USD, AUD, and EURO) are accepted for both visa and in general. There are plenty of ATM's in Kathmandu and credit cards are accepted in limited shops and many restaurants. Please note that only Nepali rupees are accepted on the trek.
Health Issues:
The altitude sickness will get from 3000 meters. Normally below three 3000 meters will not have altitude related problems usually for people for stable health. But above it can cause altitude-related sickness. If you have a health condition which might cause problems, please consult a doctor about the advisability of doing the trek.
Insurance/Evacuation:
We do not hope that there may arise any serious problem for you in your journey, but if you get caught by serious illness then we will do our best to take you to the nearest hospital possible.
