Refund and Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:
Until the tour expiry date, Luxury Holidays will give you a full refund of your purchase if you can't find dates that suit you or if you change your mind about going. Once the tour is reserved, changes must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival or the voucher will not be refundable. 

Refunds:
Until the tour expiration date, Luxury Holidays will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers and payments can be refunded by contacting us at [email protected]. If you already booked your dates, you can also change your travel dates according to the hotel's cancellation policy at no additional fee. Simply contact us in accordance with the cancellation policy prior to your original travel dates.
Also, if you paid by credit card just contact your credit card issuer for the refund.

Refunding Time
For Credit Card: It takes 4-5 working days
If you use Bank Transfer: It takes 5-7 working days
