Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour Weight Limit

The helicopters we use during the Everest Heli Tour have a maximum capacity of 500kgs (up to 4000 meters). The Helicopter can accommodate up to six people, including the pilot (5 Passengers). For 3 people or below, the helicopter will fly directly from Lukla to Kala Patthar via Everest Base Camp.

Everest base camp Helicopter day tour with the increase in altitude above 4,000 meters, the maximum weight the helicopter can carry is 250 kg on average. For more than 3 people, we will first land at the Pheriche to adjust the weight limit and shuttle the flight to the kala Pathhar.
